Ignacio de la Llave y Segura Zevallos (August 26, 1818 – 1863) was a general and the governor of the Mexican state of Veracruz from 1861 to 1862. He was born in Orizaba, Veracruz, a nephew of Dr. Pablo de la Llave.[1] He participated in the Mexican-American War, in the 1851 revolution against Santa Anna, in the Reform War (against the conservatives), and on the nationalist side against the emperor Maximilian of Mexico. He died as a result of battle injuries sustained in 1863.
